Recipe from Ashely Elementary School

Crab and Cream Cheese Cocktail
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 small onion, minced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
11/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
11/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cocktail sauce
6 oz. canned crabmeat, drained
Blend together cream cheese, onion,
mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt
and Worcestershire sauced in small
bowl. Shape in a ball. Cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, cover with cocktail sauce and
place shredded crabmeat on top so that the
entire surface is covered.

Recipe from Ladies Aid Angola Christian Church

Cheese Ball
2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1-8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
In a medium bowl beat cream cheese with fork
until smooth. Gradually add pineapple, 1 cup pecans,
green pepper, green onion, and seasoned salt. Form
into a ball and rest in pecans (1cup). Make ahead to
blend flavors. Will freeze well.

Pumpkin Bread
11/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
11/2 cup flour
Combine, sugar, oil, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt
and beat well. Add remaining and mix. Pour
batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake 350 at 1 hour.
Slide bread out of pan and cool.
