Rhubarb Pie
Chop rhubarb in one half inch pieces.
Put all ingredients in unbaked 10" pie pan
with bottom crust. Put on ventilated top of
crust; top with butter. Bake 50-55 minutes
at 350
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1-1/3 c. sugar
1-1/2 T. flour
1-1/2 T. minute tapioca or cornstarch
dash of salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. red hots
1-2 T. water
2 T. butter
1 unbaked pie shell
