The Kroger store has announced that a large
pumpkin weighing 52 pounds and which
measured 54 inches around contained 623
seeds, as revealed by actual count in a
recent contest. The nearest to the correct
number was awarded the necessary fruits
and vegetables that will go to making up
their Thanksgiving dinner.
